The tunes I mixed weren’t extremely spanking hot or brand new, but then again there mustn’t be more than about 5 Blog DJs in Belgium… so, I got selected as one of the 3 finalists for the Bwards/Hype Channel Blog DJ Contest anyway. Yeah.

I do think there is some confusion about the term Blog DJ. A Blog DJ is not a blogging DJ, it’s a DJ who feverishly checks music blogs and knows where to find the good stuff. Which doesn’t mean that the Blog DJ can’t blog about all that of course, but lots of music blog owners aren’t DJs and vice versa. I happen to blog and pretend to be a DJ sometimes, but that’s actually more of a coincidence, I think.
